What an issue - ethics, suspense and humor all under one roof! Great job, dude.
I think you’ve really come into your own here; the unique layout supplements the visual language of the panels, while still being its own thing. There’s a certain satisfaction, for lack of a better word, using such an unconventional border to dictate pacing. It’s like the screenshots and the comic borders are having a dialog.
I also like the fact that the Metrocops all were of different height. Nice touch.

Quiet, you. You’re mistaking what I wrote for compliments; they’re actually imperatives. Keep doing what you’re doing. I find this is your best comic so far, and we all want to see how far you’ll be taking your skills (as that means we get to read more comics)
