Naw, it’s purely a lighting glitch,
the orange platemail guy’s vmf file for his eyes is borked, so lamps make them glow pure milky white.
The one in blue is “kind of” supposed to glow, but again that’s more because of the whole green/tiberium thing i wanna go for

I’m still a big fan of the CNC series and I’d love to have something tiberium related about my character, like some minor level of corruption or something.
Cue “We Will not be forgotten” line from the mutants of CNC3 :V

I did notice your perskin’s eyes being quite vibrant in general though, haha.

Yeah, it’s usually not at the forefront of my characters,
The ranger especially has beaming blue eyes, but also has a skingroup where they’re milky white because i asked Squiddy to give 'em a “Blind” skingroup
