And here I thought that the metrocops and strider… drivers… were both government employees? Then again, I have no idea how law enforcement works when police interact with military personnel.
It’s a complex question to contemplate: what is the topology, if you will, of a constantly moving bureaucratic and jurisdictional intricately woven system that includes both civilian law enforcement and military administration?
