Glad to see you posting more comics. You have a good visual language that works well with comedy - the action flows nicely, and we can clearly see what people are doing/thinking/feeling. I also feel real bad for that poor metrocop 
though that panel where he gets smacked has some real nice effects!
The speech bubbles could need some work in future issues. In general, it’s good if they do not obstruct characters’ faces unless there really isn’t any room elsewhere. I suggest checking this very informative guide out; especially the parts on “Overlapping Panel Borders” and “Joining Balloons with Connectors”
