Here we are again with a contest! Not a screenshot contest though, this time it’s creating a comic. The caveat is that you must incorporate this scene somewhere into the comic, whether through recreating the scene yourself or somehow incoporating just the image (think flashback sequence?).
Beginning, middle, end, wherever you see fit. You can technically make a comic out of the one frame, but we will surely ridicule you unless it’s top notch. (Nah, we probably won’t)
The map is set in d2_prison_03 (dm_lockdown also works) and everything shown is base game props, models, and lighting to easier recreate and pose around the scene.
SUBMISSIONS: Post your comics in this forum thread (keep it under 2 entries per user) for consideration in the contest.
VOTING: “Like” a post of your choosing with the heart icon ( ) here on the forums to cast an official vote for a picture. No other icons will be considered in voting.
TIMELINE: Submissions will be open until the end of Sunday, Dec 22nd 2024 (I’m not picky with time zones, don’t worry). Winners will be announced after the voting period lasting one additional week.
PRIZE: 1st place winner wins a whopping $20 (CAD) in Steam funds to waste in the Steam winter sale.

Bit late to the party. But here’s my comic. Which I have named “Undue Processing” I unfortunately ended up running out of time due to the Christmas rush so the comic is currently missing the last couple of pages, but I’m pretty happy with what I’ve got done so far! This was my first time booting up Garry’s Mod in over 6 years, so it took me a while to get warmed up again
